Reservations We respectfully remind you that verbal, written or electronic reservations constitute a legal binding contract. Deposit / Credit Card A deposit or credit card details are required for all bookings in order to secure a room booking. Payment Full and final settlement of your account shall be made by cash, credit or debit card. Credit card payments carry a 3.0% surcharge. Prices are inclusive of VAT and Service Charge. Guests Residents of Baan Saladaeng are allowed to invite guests who are 18 years + to their room. However, extra linen will not be provided and in case of overnight guest, an extra fee of 250 Baht will be charged to your account per night. Residents of Baan Saladaeng are fully responsible for inviting guests to their room and Baan Saladaeng will not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage that occurs. Residents inviting guests to there room shall be held responsible for their guest’s behaviour and liable for any damage caused. All security / night duty staff have the right to ask for, check and keep a record of the Identification Cards / passports of all non-residents. Children / Pets We regret to inform guests that Baan Saladaeng does not accommodate children under the age of eighteen years old. This is due to the noise level that younger children naturally make that may disturb other guests during their stay. We also wish to inform guests that we do not allow any pets in the guest house at any time. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused. Damage In the event of damage to Guest House property, we reserve the right to charge to replace, repair or professionally clean all items concerned and the guest responsible for same will be financially liable without discussion. Guests who loss their keys / key cards shall be charged 500 Baht for their replacement. Arrival/Departure Times For the convenience of incoming guests, we require rooms to be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure. Late departure times maybe possible on request, but we cannot guarantee this. Earliest arrival time is 1.00pm (except by prior arrangement). Please telephone us if you anticipate arriving after 17.00pm, otherwise your room may be re-let. Car Parking Due to limited car parking at Baan Saladaeng, we request guest who require car parking to contact us in advance and we shall endeavour find suitable parking. The cost of parking per day will vary. Smoking Policy In the interest of the comfort and safety of our guests and to conform the Thai law, we operate a friendly ‘Non-Smoking’ policy throughout the Guest House. Smoking is only allowed on your balcony, terrace or in the open air lobby. In the event of non-compliance, a charge of 2,000 Baht (in compliance with the Thai law) will be charged to the account of the offending guest(s) for professional cleaning of the room. General It is absolutely forbidden by Thai law to use or store any kind of drugs or fire arms at Baan Saladaeng. We are entitled to inform the District Police in case of violation of this law. In the interest of all residents peaceful enjoyable at Baan Saladaeng, we kindly ask all residents to avoid any noisy disturbance after 23.00pm.
